Hello. As you may have heard, the Strategic Growth Ventures Team has developed a Financial Wellbeing product that we’re piloting within Trustmark. Soon you’ll all be invited to try this innovative new service. There is no cost to you for using it. Our research has told us there are four essential components to a product — that many people want — that reduces financial stress and helps increase confidence in financial decisions. Trustmark Financial Wellbeing includes all four: help with budgeting, educational content and tips, financial planning tools and calculators, and, most importantly, your own personal Trustmark Financial Wellbeing coach. Your coach can help guide you on your financial journey towards your desired outcomes. You’ll be able to start communicating with your coach after you register and log in to the Financial Wellbeing website. Like our health, our financial situation is personal to each of us. Trustmark Financial Wellbeing recognizes that not only in its approach to goal setting, but also in the way it protects your privacy. Your information is never shared with your employer. Over the next couple months, look for an email from trustmark@financialwellbeing.com. It will provide a personalized link to get you started. This program began rolling-out last month with the team in Boardman, OH, and a small group of Lake Forest associates. So if your email doesn’t arrive right away, it will soon. You can check the rollout schedule on the Healthy & Wise section of eCentral under Financial Wellness Resources. Once in the program, a quick survey sets an important foundation for where you are with your money, and the financial success you want to build. After the survey, registration follows, then access to the whole program, including your Trustmark Financial Wellbeing coach. Your feedback will help us continue to improve the product, so we encourage you to let us know what you like and what could be improved. Just use the Feedback link on the Financial Wellbeing site. You’re also encouraged to participate in quick surveys that may be directed to you from time to time. Thank you for your participation. Sincerely, Kristin |
