Relaunch of the EMS Personnel Portal and Concur Expense Management System

Greetings On-Call Associates,

HealthFitness is excited to announce the relaunch of the “Event Management System (EMS) Personnel Portal” and introduction to the “Concur Expense Management System” for our On-Call Associates on Monday, November 27, 2017

As an On-Call Associate, through desktop/laptop computers and mobile devices (smartphones and tablet technology), you’ll be able to:

Log into the NEW “EMS Personnel Portal” granting accessibility to:
  • View and respond to available events
  • Review your full event schedule
  • Review event details and travel accommodations for confirmed events
  • Access training and policy documents
  • Submit personal information changes through service requests
Log into the “Concur Expense Management System” granting accessibility to:
  • Submit event expenses for all worked events.
    (Expenses will NO longer be submitted through the Personnel Portal and are required to be submitted through a separate system, known as the Concur Expense Management System.)
Next Steps:
  • On or around the date of Monday, November 27, 2017:
    • You will receive a new URL to access the EMS Personnel Portal
    • You will receive a personalized email providing information regarding how to register and access the Concur Expense Management System
