HealthFitness is excited to communicate that the EMS Personnel Portal will be accessible starting on: Monday, 11/27/2017 for all Screener and Health Educator associates.
Effective on Monday, 11/27/2017, associates will utilize the EMS Personnel Portal for the following:
- Event Scheduling
- Travel Plans
- Event Details & Changes
- Event Materials
- Event Timecards
- Address Changes
- Contact Information Changes
- Credential Update
- Resignations
ACTION REQUIRED:
Associates that have previously registered on the Personnel Portal, will login with your existing Username and Password. We have provided the EMS Personnel Portal link below.
Associates who had not previously registered on the Personnel Portal, or need password assistance, please reference the Portal Registration and Password Reset informational video, identified at the bottom of this notice. As part of the registration process for the Portal, you will be required to provide your Name and Email as listed in our system.

HealthFitness strongly encourages all associates to review the User Guides/Job Aids provided via email and Informational Videos links provided below to assist in acclimating to the EMS Personnel Portal prior to using the system. Once you have reviewed the EMS Personnel Portal and the Portal Overview informational video participate in an online quiz by Friday, December 1st for a chance to win an iPad: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8WQ9PS2. Winners will be notified on December 5th.
