HealthFitness is excited to communicate our recent launch of the New EMS Personnel Portal and Concur Expense Management System. Our EMS Personnel Portal can now be accessed via MOBILE DEVICE!
EMS Personnel Portal Login: Login to the EMS Personnel Portal at: https://ems2.hfit.com/personnel
All associates were sent an email with login information on 11/27/17. Associates that have previously registered on the Personnel Portal, will login with your existing Username and Password.
**Please notice that the login username is not case sensitive, and can be accessed with upper and/or lower case characters.

**On-Call Associates who have an active Workday/Payroll ID are eligible to access Concur. For new associates, once they work their first event, they’ll be introduced to our expense reimbursement system**
Concur Expense Management System Banking Information:
Prior to On-Call Associates submitting their first expense report in Concur, HealthFitness encourages associates to review their banking information within the Concur Expense Management System. Please access the “Banking User Guide” and “Video Tutorial” for step by step processes:

Concur Expense Management System – Personnel Portal Event Details:
