Benefits Enrollment is Coming…
Don’t Miss this Opportunity!!

Benefits Enrollment
Begins Sept. 18, 2017

Meet with a Ward Services benefits counselor about your state benefits, including: Health Plans, Vision, Supplemental Long-Term Disability, Optional Life, Dental and Dental Plus and the MoneyPlus Spending Account.

Remember: you must re-enroll in your MoneyPlus Spending Account every year to participate. New for this enrollment: you are eligible for up to $50,000 in optional guaranteed-issue life insurance through the state!

The state benefit choices you make this fall go into effect January 1, 2018. Dental and Dental Plus coverage can only be changed every other year, so you are locked into these benefit elections for 2 years. All other benefits will remain in effect for 1 year.* You also have an array of individual voluntary insurance plans to choose from.

Your Ward Services benefits counselor will explain the coverage options available to you and your family. You can also learn more about these options by clicking here.

During your required meeting with a benefits counselor:

  • Ask questions and get answers.
  • Enroll in new benefits.
  • Make changes to existing benefits.
  • Add and/or drop dependents from coverage.
  • Learn about affordable voluntary benefit options.
  • Speak with a benefits counselor about guaranteed-issue opportunities available to district employees.
  • Learn to access your benefits online with MyBenefits.
