This is your opportunity to speak to a Ward Services benefits counselor about your state benefits, including: Health Plans, Vision, Dental, Supplemental Long Term Disability, Optional Life, Dependent Life and the MoneyPlus Spending Account. Remember you must re-enroll in your MoneyPlus Spending Account every year to be eligible to participate. The state benefit choices you make this fall go into effect January 1, 2016. Remember that Dental and Dental Plus coverage can be changed every other year and you are locked into these benefit elections for 2 years.*

You also have an array of individual voluntary insurance plans to choose from, your Ward Services benefits counselor will explain the coverage options available for you and your family.

During your meeting with a benefits counselor:

• Ask questions and get answers
• Enroll in new benefits
• Make changes to existing benefits
• Learn about affordable voluntary benefit options including special guaranteed issue opportunities
• Speak with a benefits counselor about guaranteed issue available to employees eligible for the State’s Optional Life and Supplemental Long Term Disability programs
• Learn to access your benefits online with MyBenefits
